Han-Na is an overweight phone sex employee as well as lip sync vocalist for Ammy, a famous Korean pop singer. Instead of being famous for her own amazing vocal talent, Han-na hides behind Ammy's performance stage and sings during Ammy's concerts, as well as recording all of Ammy's CD's. One day, Ammy, who Han-Na does not have the best relationship with, humiliates her in front of the music company's director Sang-Jun, with whom Han-Na is in love with. While crying in the bathroom, Han-Na overhears Sang-Jun telling Ammy that they must be kind to Han-Na because they are using her, and if Ammy does not want to go back to being a back dancer, she should be nicer to Han-Na as well. Heartbroken, Han-Na attempts to commit suicide, but she changes her mind, and decides instead to get a head-to-toe plastic surgery makeover.
When she comes back from the hospital, Han-Na is incredibly beautiful, and no one, not even her best friend, recognizes her. She soon earns her own record label with Sang-Jun, claiming that she is "all-natural" and makes up a new name for herself, Jenny. In the meantime, Ammy, desperately trying to find Han-Na (so Han-Na can record Ammy's CD, as Ammy cannot sing and thus cannot record her own CD), tries to find Han-Na by spending time with Han-Na's father who is in a hospital with some mental problems, and eventually realizes that Han-Na is none other than "Jenny". Meanwhile, romance begins to grow between Han-Na and Sang-Jun. However, one day, Sang-Jun realizes as well that Han-Na is Jenny, and he seems to be unable to forgive her for lying to him, though Han-Na still tells him that she will continue working and will succeed as an artist.
The day of "Jenny's" first concert, Ammy reveals to the public that Jenny is a "fake," and that she is not natural, as she had claimed, but is plastic. During the concert, Han-Na breaks down and tells the large crowd that she has abandoned everything, like her best friend and father, to get to where she is, and that she is not naturally beautiful. The crowd responds by chanting "It's all right," and Han-Na rekindles her relationships with her father and best friend. Han-Na loses the stage name "Jenny" and re-releases a CD with her own name, Han-Na, and becomes a highly successful music artist.

This story is quite funny and touching. The story tells me to be true to myself. Don't deceive ourselves no matter what had happened, what we did to achieve our dreams... At the end of the day, be true to ourselves and life will be better 'cos we feel good. So LOL! And it seems that, in modern context, looks and heart is important. Looks is more important! Duh! I agree it is to a certain extend. But I really find people with a good heart more attractive. Looks is more like a bonus. Can you imagine someone with looks but without a heart? Or an ugly heart? Feel like slapping! LOL!
