She makes Singapore proud by being the most successful music export. Following her came A-Do, Lin Jun Jie and many other up-rising local singers. Without her, I doubt the Mandarin music industry would trust Singaporean singers.
She is the one who makes me dream of standing on stage, realising my dream of becoming a singer. It might be impractical, however, it is only a dream. This feeling comes whenever I watch her perform in her concert.
She makes me wanna take up keyboard and singing lessons to improve my techniques and continue as my hobbies. How I wish I could play the keyboard and sing along myself... All by myself and not from those karaoke music videos.
It's a dream I've yet to fulfil.
