This time of last year, I was just a recruit. And now, I'm a third sergeant! I'm promoting to sergeant as of today! One year had passed... Do I consider it as fast or slow? Considerably okay. 'Cos I can still remember what I did last year at this time. Dragging my stuff to Tekong with my parents sending me off... So sad lah! And I even remember I was reading I-Weekly with Sun Yanzi on the cover and listening to her latest album then, A Perfect Day in my Dad's car.
Comparing the life I was experiencing a year ago, things are of course much better now. If not, how can I survive and blogging now? I mean love will keep us alive but I don't get any love! LOL! That's a joke. Just to promote Eagles' song Love Will Keep Us Alive. A nice, soothing, sad song. I like ballads like this one!
Hmm... One year had passed... Which means that I have another year to go... Aiyoh... Faster lah... Time pass faster lah... LOL! Then I can go enjoy my civilian life! Go study, work part-time, go for work and travel, and of course more travel, and have my middle-length or long hair back, more music, more fashion, more gatherings with friends etc. I miss this kind of lifestyle! I mean this is the lifestyle that I want! Why should I restrict myself to this limited freedom now? Why? Just 'cos I fall into these 2 categories, a Singaporean and a guy? Why lah? Why can't girls go for National Service and be nurses too? Not fair! LOL! I'm procrastinatiing again! Okay! I shall stop this. And stop here. 'Cos tired of blogging. =P
